We charge a flat, one-time fee per songwriter. This helps us onboard, monitor, and manage your catalog. Learn more here.

15% / 20%

We charge an administration fee of 15% for performance royalties and 20% for non-performance (worldwide mechanical royalties) collected on your behalf. You keep the rest.

12 Months

We collect royalties on any songs that reach activity thresholds and are delivered to us in your first 365 days as a Songtrust member. If you decide to cancel your account, we have a one year post-term collection period for any royalties that were earned while your account was active.

Songtrust leaves copyright ownership and creative control where it belongs — with you. That way you can make important decisions as your career develops.
