• If you are approved, you will receive a unique code to sign up.
• Create your account using the special code with no upfront fee (your credit card information is needed to verify your identity and prevent fraud).
• Submit your approved top-earning song, "Your Song was not verififed" and any other works you have an ownership stake in.

Why do I need to enter my credit card information?

All Songtrust accounts require a credit card on file in order to activate the service. This helps to prevent fraudulent accounts from being created and to verify your identity. 

How long do I have to pay back the fee?

There is no set amount of time required for you to pay back the fee. We've done our best to determine (through our Royalty Estimator) that it should be paid back from the first royalty disbursements we collect on your behalf.

What if I change my mind about being in the program?

Once you opt-in to the Deferred Registration agreement and create your Songtrust account, you're subject to our standard term of 1-year. If your account does not pay back the registration fee from your future earnings, Songtrust will maintain administration rights on the song(s) until your balance is settled.
